Great location, we were able to walk all around Porto without using the car. The garage was easy to use, spacious and secure, in any case.
Staff were great - our receptionist was extremely helpful and passionate about her country, giving us no end of advice on what to see and do, amongst other things! Thanks for the long chats and friendly face!
Having the breakfast room available 24 hours, with water and coffe machine, was really appreciated.
Also the laundry with washing and dryer available for free use.
The room was clean, modern, spacious, and everything just worked.

We absolutely loved our stay. Upon arrival, though we were early, we were able to check-in and access our room. Marta was extremely helpful in pointing out the best walking routes, nearby points of interest and local restaurants on a map. This made our first day in Porto all the better. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. There was a variety of good food available at breakfast. The overall atmosphere was very welcoming and modern. The location is very convenient, located just outside the old city centre. As long as you're comfortable walking, everything is relatively nearby. We had no trouble walking down to the river and back (while sightseeing along the way). If I ever come back to Porto, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I booked 2 rooms but ended up not staying as I had a last minute change of plan but my friend Vicci stayed and said it was excellent, lovely room and facilities, the staff were exceptional so helpful as she ended up travelling by herself. Great location 5 mins walk to a busy area full of restaurants and 20 mins to the old town.

Clean and comfortable! The staff were above and beyond kind! They upgraded my room just because! They also asked about breakfast and when I told them I wouldn’t be attending breakfast due to an early flight, they sent up a basket to my room. *I did not even ask about it, they just did.
